Delivery Information

Coolsan Australia delivers using Australia Post and parcel delivery services from the best courier companies Australia wide. We deliver to most addresses within Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

We offer the following delivery options for your order (under 22kg) from coolsan.com.au

(a) Local Pickup (For South Australian customers to pick up from our Adelaide office or for interstate customewrs who wish to organise their own courier pick-up (please see our Terms & Conditions for disclaimer).

(b) Parcel Post Signature on Delivery

(d) Freight

Delivery fees depend on the total weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. All orders over 22kg will be delivered via freight.

We aim to have your goods delivered to you within 4 – 7 Business Days for orders below 22kg, or 3 – 10 Business Days for orders over 22kg. Coolsan will endeavour to have your goods delivered to you within these times, but may encounter some delays from time to time.

To ensure we can get your products to you as quickly and as safely as possible, please ensure that someone is available to accept your goods and that there is ample access for us to deliver the goods to you.

It is recommended that you choose a delivery option that is either Registered Post or Signature on Delivery. If either of these options are not chosen, excluding goods requiring freight, then it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the goods have been delivered to you.

Always inspect your order upon delivery, and if, for whatever reason, your goods arrive damaged or faulty, then email us at info@coolsan.com.au with as much information as possible so we can ensure we correct your order as quickly as possible.

Local overnight service to suburban areas within the same city. Delivery is next working day.
